Flash Fiction #505: Fit The Description

In an earlier post, I linked to a story discussing our growing spending power in America. It is projected to reach $1 trillion in the next couple of years. With that kind of money, Blacks should have their own communities, thriving with black owned businesses providing all necessities such as housing, transportation, and healthcare. Yet, we are caught up in the status quo and constantly giving our money to everyone else. We tend to spend the most with those who prefer to not even have us in their stores. Supporting your own and building is a revolutionary. I like to call it voting with dollars.
